These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website financiallyfree.in and the products and services offered through it, including the Zero to Hero investment education course (the "Course"). The website and Course are operated by FutureZenith Insights LLP ("Financially Free", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the website or enrolling in the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About us

FutureZenith Insights LLP is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-350272) and also operates an educational arm that provides investor-education content. The mutual fund distribution practice and the educational Course are separate offerings.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law to purchase the Course or use our paid services. By using the website you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Educational nature — not investment advice

The Course is an educational program intended to teach investing concepts, frameworks and analysis methods. It is not investment advice, portfolio management, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or scheme. We do not guarantee any returns, profits, or specific outcomes. All investment decisions you make are your own responsibility. You should do your own research and, where appropriate, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before investing.

4. Course access and licence

On successful payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access the Course content for the access period described at the time of purchase (for example, course-library access and a defined period of live sessions and tools access). Access is for your individual use only.

5. Payments

Prices for the Course are displayed on the website and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; we do not store your full card or bank details. By completing a purchase you authorise the applicable charge. We reserve the right to change prices and promotional offers at any time.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the website and within the Course — including videos, text, frameworks, tools, dashboards, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to FutureZenith Insights LLP and is protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited licence set out above.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or Course, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
