This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how products purchased from financiallyfree.in, operated by FutureZenith Insights LLP, are delivered.

1. Digital products only

The Zero to Hero investment education course and related materials are digital products. There is no physical shipment. Nothing will be couriered or mailed to you, and no shipping charges apply.

2. How delivery works

After your payment is successfully processed, we provide access to the Course digitally — typically through login details and/or an access link sent to the email address and/or WhatsApp number you provide at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery timeline

• Access details are generally shared shortly after successful payment, and in most cases within 24 hours.
• Live sessions (where included) follow a published schedule that is shared with enrolled members.
• If there is any delay due to verification or technical reasons, we will keep you informed.

4. Didn't receive access?

If you have completed payment but have not received your access details, please first check your spam/promotions folder. If you still cannot find them, contact us on WhatsApp or email care@financiallyfree.in with your payment reference, and we will resolve it promptly.
