Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Zero to Hero investment education course and related digital products from financiallyfree.in, operated by FutureZenith Insights LLP.

1. Nature of the product

The Course is a digital product that provides access to educational content, tools and live sessions. Because access is granted electronically and content can be consumed immediately, purchases are generally treated as final once access has been provided.

2. Cancellation

You may request cancellation before access to the Course content has been issued to you. Once login details or access links have been shared, the purchase is considered fulfilled and cancellation is generally not available.

3. Refunds

• If a payment was charged but access was never provided, or you were charged in error or more than once, you are entitled to a full refund of the affected amount.
• Where access has already been granted, fees are generally non-refundable, given the digital and immediately-accessible nature of the Course.
• Any discretionary refund considered in exceptional circumstances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund or report a billing issue, email care@financiallyfree.in with your name, registered email/phone, and the payment reference. Please raise eligible requests promptly after the transaction.

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Once initiated, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
